Memorial Weekend Travel Plans

Memorial weekend is approaching quickly, what are your plans? According to AAA more Americans will be traveling this year, the study shows that about 1.6 million more people will travel, but will spend around $250 less than last year. The economy has gotten better which means more people will be getting out of the house, yet people are still trying to cut back. There will be a slight increase in people traveling by plane; however, most people are expected to drive. Therefore, depending on where you live and where you plan on traveling you may run into a lot of traffic. It would be a wise idea to plan accordingly and try to determine what time of day would be the best to be on the road, driving late at night or late afternoon should be avoided due to more accidents occurring during those times.
