Here are some cases that we have successfully resolved. Remember that each case is different. Once a case is in the hands of a judge or jury, it is out of our control. We have had cases in which we were pleasantly surprised by the verdict and others in which we were disappointed. We do not win every case and sometimes we obtain a verdict which we are not able to collect the money owed from the defendant due to bankruptcy or other reasons.
