How is a personal injury paid?

If you decide to hire a personal injury attorney for your case, how are they paid?  Almost every Iowa personal injury attorney will agree to take your case on what is called a contigency fee.  Which means, unless the qualified attorney is able to get you compensation, you will not have to pay any attorney fees. Unlike some attorneys, we do not ask for you to pay anything in advance because we understand you may be struggling financially after being injured.
