We represented a motorcycle rider who was driving his modified Harley to work early one morning.  A local farmer did not properly keep his fences up and his black cow had escaped and was walking in the middle of the highway.  As our client did not see the black cow until it was too late and he struck the cow causing him to be catapulted from his bike.  He sustained serious and life-threatening injuries to his head and brain.  Unfortunately, his injuries were serious, permanent and debilitating such that he can never work again.  Prior to trial, the parties settled the case for a confidential amount. ​
