Ankeny, Iowa man fell while working sustaining a back injury.

A man from Ankeny, Iowa fell while working for a local delivery company causing him to sustain a serious back injury.  He ended up having a lumbar fusion surgery followed by a spinal cord stimulator implant to deal with his ongoing chronic pain.  He was given permanent work restrictions which prevented him from returning to his past relevant gainful employment.  We filed a petition on his behalf, conducted discovery, hired experts and aggressively pursued his case.  After a lot of negotiations, his case was settled for $355,000 plus ongoing medical care and treatment for his work injuries.
