Iowa Construction Worker Injures Back

A construction worker who had mostly done concrete work injured his back while shoveling heavy concrete.  The damage caused by the work injury required him to have 2 back surgeries including a laminectomy and later a lumbar fusion surgery.  He was not able to return to his job with the construction company but was able to pay for schooling to obtain a degree with the $285,000 settlement that we helped him obtain.
