Iowa Truck Driver Falls on Ice at Work

An Iowa truck driver in his 60's fell on ice while working and sustained a mild traumatic brain injury and began have back problems.  He was not allowed to return to truck driving and his employer did not have any other work available for him.  His case settled before trial for $170,000, plus the defendants are required to fund a MSA- Medicare Set-Aside Trust for future medical expenses.
