Warehouse Worker is Found Permanently Disabled After Falling and Breaking Leg Which Led to Back Problems Settles after Trial and Appeals for $375,000

While working in a freezer in a warehouse, the worker slipped on the wet floor causing him to fall, injuring his leg requiring surgery.  While recovering his back began to hurt, but the insurance company refused to treat his back and he treated on his own.  At mediation, the insurance company only offered $50,000, but after a trial and appeals the parties reached a settlement agreement of $375,000.
