The family of an Iowa woman killed in a car crash caused by a drunk driver contacted us to see what we could do to help.  Unfortunately, the drunk driver fled the scene of the crash and was not indentified until a few days later.  Once they tracked him down, he was charged and convicted of vehicular homicide and we also brought a civil suit.  At trial, a verdict was entered for $1,363,718 against the drunk driver.
