False,but the City law does state that you cannot have more than 2 dogs and three cats who over 5 months old.

True. Iowa Code Section 321L.3 states” A person who fails to return the persons with disabilities parking permit and subsequently misuses the permit by illegally parking in a persons with disabilities parking space is guilty of a simple misdemeanor punishable as a scheduled violation under section 805.8A, subsection 1, paragraph “c”.
